Although we offer complete flexibility with regards to customer needs on all projects, ADL must apply its company policies to all customer relationships:
1. All work is perfomed as per contractual agreements between the technician and customer. Specific SOW particulars not stated by the customer before the commencement of work are considered add-on extas that will be viewed as outside the estimate or agreement.
2. Any equipment or materials left with the ADL technician for longer than 30 days after the last email/voice/SMS communications to retrieve the equipment, will be considered abandoned property subject to donation, recycling or re-appropriation.
